~Gettysburg Vacation & Other Updates~

Hello Friends  and Family!!


Forgive me for not posting anything new in quite a while. I won't make this long, but we are all doing just fine here! Logan has about a month left of 4th grade, then it is summer break and on to 5th grade! This school year has been very good and he is doing very well . Isaac is going to be 3 soon, can you believe how the time is flying?!  Soon time for us to consider putting him in a daycare/preschool a few days a week in the fall. Can't believe it's time for that already. 


We just returned home from a very lovely vacation in Gettysburg!  Logan has been learning about the Civil War recently , so we decided it was a good time to take a trip to the Battlefield. We stayed in a humble little cabin at the Gettysburg Campground. It was  a clean, nice cabin and we had the campground practically to ourselves! I will post these in order as best I can, from the day we arrived and played at the playground and explored the campground and creek...to the battlefield, Cyclorama, and visitor center day...and finally the day we toured town, Civil War Wax museum and Diorama. It was a lovely vacation/field trip. We hope to do it again when Isaac is a little older and can enjoy and understand it better.
