~* Thanksgiving *~

First stop on Thanksgiving morning was to Grandma Linda's house for a delicious breakfast and some quality time :)

Then it was on to dinner with my folks at a lovely restaurant that serves a delicious Thanksgiving  buffet. Thanks to Grandma  Linda's light but tasty breakfast we were hungry enough for a decent sized dinner! It was a fun time and we were pleasantly full! 

After dinner we went back to my Mom's for a bit....

 Isaac had fun playing with Grandpa's Penguins. He kept calling them "Babies" :O)

He loved Grammy's Snowman and was carrying it around and kissing it :O)

~ Thankful Thursday/Thanksgiving Day ~

Since Thankful Thursday falls on Thanksgiving Day this year...and we will be fairly busy tomorrow, I am posting a day early :)  

I will be spending time with Logan reflecting on what we are thankful for this year. So many things , too many to list. But mainly we are just thankful for the life God gives us every day. The sun rising in the morning to a new day of life with one another, the sun setting at night to close another day together. The health of our boys, of Matt and I. Small things that mean so much to our family since we have been through quite a lot in the last few years. 

We are also so thankful for every single person in our extended families. For our parents and grandparents, all the aunts and uncles and cousins, brothers and sisters , etc. We are grateful to have each on in our lives and we miss those that have gone on. This life blows by so fast, we would be foolish to not make the best out of every day and every chance to spend time together. We all look forward to seeing family tomorrow, yet there are many we will not see and will miss. 

We hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!

* Thankful Thursday *

This Thursday, I am thankful for the fact that we are all healthy so far this month! Whoohoo!! I am also thankful that tomorrow is Friday (I worked our school schedule around having an easy day tomorrow so Logan only has one subject! ) and that Matt has a 4 day weekend with us! We are hanging around the house mostly do get some projects done and spend some time together -I always love weekends like this, when we can all be together and especially our Family Movie Nights! They are the BEST!

Oh and this one was taken this weekend in the car. We looked at Isaac and he was sitting just like this...

Chillin' in the car. We were all laughing...what a cute little stinker :O)

You may also notice some scratches on Isaacs lips and chin. He fell off our bed this past weekend. All is well and he is doing just fine. Just a little banged up. :o(   An unfortunate but important lesson learned about toddlers on beds....
